Pawan Khera: 'Kangana is not a challenge for Cong'

Congress leader Pawan Khera said that BJP's Mandi candidate Kangana Ranaut is no challenge to Congress. He said, " I won't speak much about any candidate but BJP should have deliberated before giving tickets. If a person enters politics, they should have stability. They should have a grasp over issues, they should have an understanding of the issues. I don't think the candidate you are talking about has any seriousness or any grasp over issues."
