T Boult to W Saha,Not Out! Almost a dream start for Delhi here and a disastorus one for Hyderabad. Good length ball pitching on middle, it comes in after pitching. Saha gets on his toe and looks to defend. It looks like he gets hit on the pad. Boult goes up in appeal and the umpire raises his finger. Saha waits and discusses with his partner and right at the stroke of 15 seconds he takes the review. Replays roll in and the Snicko shows there was an inside edge. The decision is overturned and Saha survives.

We have a wicket first ball! Saha has been adjudged LBW but the batsmen have a chat and then go for the review. Looks to be high. Legal delivery... and we reckon there is an inside edge as well. Yes, UltraEdge confirms. Oxenford will have to reverse his decision here.

19:27 (IST) May 08

We are all set to begin. The umpires are out in the middle. Delhi players are in a hurdle before they take their positions in the field. Out walk the opening pair of Martin Guptill and Wriddhiman Saha for Hyderabad. Trent Boult has the new ball in hand and he will bowl the first over for Delhi.

Hyderabad skipper, Kane Williamson, says they too wanted to bowl first as it looks a tacky surface but hopes that they will bat well. Mentions Manish Pandey has been playing well, the team overall is playing good cricket but weren't able to get over the line. Further adds he hopes that changes today. Informs they also have one change, with Deepak Hooda coming in for Yusuf Pathan.

19:13 (IST) May 08

Delhi captain, Shreyas Iyer, says that the wicket looks a little sticky and dew could also play a part and hence, he wants to bowl first. Mentions they are going to take this like another day. Admits that the players are nervous as it is a playoff. Further adds it is good to be nervous and that can get the best out of you. Informs Colin Munro comes in for Ingram.

19:12 (IST) May 08

Toss - In a hurry is Shreyas Iyer! Even before Sanjay Manjrekar can introduce the party which has come for the toss, Iyer already flips it in the air. Manjrekar then stops the Delhi skipper and there is joking and fooling around, as Williamson joins in the fun. Right. Over to the serious stuff now. Up goes the coin and it lands in the favor of Iyer. DELHI ELECT TO CHASE.

19:08 (IST) May 08

PITCH REPORT - Michael Slater says it is a flat wicket. However, he adds that the last T20I played over here saw a low-scoring one. Mentions the wicket looks dry and there are a few cracks. Ends by saying it seems to be a slow wicket and it could be another low scoring encounter.

19:08 (IST) May 08

It is time for the Eliminator! Delhi are up against Hyderabad at Visakhapatnam. Delhi have been exceptional till now, whereas, Hyderabad qualified into the Playoffs with 12 points. They are the first team in the Indian T20 League to do so. However, the hosts are into the Playoffs after a very long time, (2012 to be precise). Before that too, they haven't had a good time in the Playoffs as they have lost all the 4 they have played. Hyderabad on the other hand, started the tournament really well but don't head into this game in the best of forms. They have lost their last two games. That though is the past, they need to put it behind and start a fresh in this one. Both the teams will be eager to win the game and head in to Qualifier two. A loss will mean the end of the road for that side. Who will come out on top? We will have to wait to find out. Welcome to the coverage!

Pitch Report
"It is beautifully flat. India played a low scoring T20I against Australia. It is very dry and there are a few cracks. It is a bit like mosaic surface, quite soft in spots. There might not be too much pace on the pitch. Change of pace will be the key for the fast bowlers" - Michael Slater

We have to take the confidence from our win against them in Hyderabad. They also beat us in Delhi, so both the teams are fairly confident, and it is going to be a tough match. However, they are also missing some of their players, and we are without Kagiso now, so it is going to be a difficult task as well, but a well-matched encounter
