NEW DELHI: Cricket Australia (CA) has taken steps to enhance the experience for Indian cricket fans during the upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy. The organization has designated specific seating areas for Indian supporters at all venues, including the renowned Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG).
"Aligned with Cricket Australia's Multicultural Action Plan, these fan zones will foster an inclusive environment for Indian cricket fans, promising an electrifying atmosphere," a statement from CA read.

The fan zones aim to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for Indian cricket enthusiasts, encouraging them to wear blue clothing and bring traditional instruments like the Dhol to create a lively, family-friendly environment.
The highly anticipated five-match Test series between India and Australia is set to commence on November 22. The series will feature a Day-Night Test in Adelaide on December 6, followed by matches at the Gabba on December 14, the iconic Boxing Day Test at the MCG, and the final Test at the SCG on January 3.
This is going to be the first time since 1991/92 that the two nations will play a five-match series as part of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
The extended series provides both teams with an excellent opportunity to secure their place in the ICC World Test Championship final next year.
While Australia emerged victorious in the most recent World Test Championship final at The Oval last year, India have held the prestigious Border-Gavaskar trophy since 2017, thanks to back-to-back series wins on Australian soil.
