Brazilian bodybuilding star Valter de Vargas Aita passes away at 41 after girlfriend allegedly stabs him in Chapecó

On Sunday, September 7, 2025, Valter de Vargas Aita, 41 years old, Brazilian bodybuilding champion died. Inside his Chapecó, Santa Catarina, home on Rua Sete de Setembro, the deadly battle broke out. According to officials, Aita was hit during a heated argument with his 43-year-old companion. He was stabbed numerous times in his face, neck, back, and belly. Seeking to escape, Aita fell down the house stairs. At the scene, police found him deceased.Early Sunday, the Civil Police of Chapecó stated that the fight between Valter de Vargas Aita and his girlfriend began within their house.
