Under the agreement, he is allowed to move with their daughter from Louisiana to Las Vegas, according to People.The agreement also states that Farina will make good faith efforts to arrange visits between Baiul and Sophia, if Baiul requests them and if their daughter agrees.Neither Baiul nor Farina will pay spousal support. Baiul is also not required to pay child support under the settlement.Another key part of the agreement focuses on Baiul’s personal recovery. She has agreed to enroll in anger management classes and to be tested for drugs and alcohol to help maintain sobriety.On Christmas Day, Baiul shared a video on Facebook showing a sobriety chip.
