Shohei Ohtani talks about his lessons from Baseball

Shohei Ohtani on Yankees vs. Dodgers in World Series: 'I'm honored to play on this team this year'

Back in 2024, Shohei Ohtani spoke about his love for the game and even reflected on the list of lessons he has learned from the baseball bat. While talking about playing the role of a hitter over the years, he said-
"I've learned that it's not that easy to have the kind of at-bats that I want and, so, regardless of the situation, just being able to have the same kinds of at-bats as I had in the regular season as I do in the postseason is something that I'm carrying into the World Series,"
Ohtani further added-
"The focus for me actually has been more about being able to carry the same kind of mindset that I've had during the postseason and now into the World Series."
While talking about his admiration for the Yankees star Aaron Judge, Ohtani said-
"As a fan, I'm grateful he's playing baseball and grateful for the opportunity to play against a player who represents this era."
Back in 2024, during the World Series Championship, both Shohei Ohtani and Aaron Judge diverted the attention of the world. As Shohei Ohtani was for the Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League and Aaron Judge represented the Yankees in the American League, the athlete duo even competed against each other for the position of Most Valuable Player.
