While the match did not go in his favour, fans are currently obsessed with something else. A video posted by the account Happy Punch on X has gone viral. The video shows Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua in the audience as they attend the match between Martin Bakole and Joseph Parker. While the video starts normally with Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua focusing on the match, it soon turns hilarious as Joseph Parker knocks out Martin Bakole.
Seeing this, Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua look at each other as they are clearly shocked by the knockout and the fans are here for it. A fan wrote, “Yo that Usyk reaction HILARIOUS cuz ain't nobody including myself thought this would happen to Bakole. This goes to show every man has weak spots no matter how big or powerful you are. I mean, that's why we have David conquering Goliath”.

While there are many rumours around Martin Bakole taking up the job just for the compensation he might have received, there might be some truth to it.
As per a recent post by Boxing Kingdom on X, Martin Bakole’s coach Billy Nelson has revealed that the boxer received “life changing money” for the match against Joseph Parker. However, Martin Bakole is yet to confirm this news.
Martin Bakole had to travel from the Democratic Republic of Congo to Riyadh once Daniel Dubois reported ill health for the match against Joseph Parker. This did not sit right with many fans since many believed Martin Bakole would not be able to give his best to the team since he would be jet lagged.
Regardless, Martin did not complain about being jet lagged and did appear for the match but unfortunately lost it to Joseph Parker.
