In a tragic incident from Gurugram, 25-year-old tennis player Radhika Yadav was shot dead by her father at their home in Sector 57, Sushant Lok, on Thursday. Radhika, who also ran a tennis academy, was reportedly cooking when she was shot. The accused, 49-year-old Deepak Yadav, used his licensed .32 bore revolver to fire multiple bullets. Three of them struck Radhika, leading to her death on the spot. The Gurugram Police have arrested Deepak and booked him for murder.

Confirming the incident, Gurugram Police PRO Sandeep Kumar said, “Tennis player Radhika was shot dead with three bullets in Sector 57, Gurugram. The father has been accused of murder, and the bullets were fired from his licensed revolver. Gurugram Police has arrested the accused father, and a case is being registered.”
