Recently, Dwayne Wade appeared on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and opened up about what kept him going through tough times in his life.In a recent video posted by Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Fallon talks about Dwayne Wade’s love for Ed Sheeran. The video then cuts to an old video where Dwayne Wade is standing with his wife on the red carpet as his wife is giving an interview.However, the former NBA player looks distracted as Ed Sheeran is seen walking in the background. Dwayne Wade was actually spotted at looking and following what Ed Sheeran instead of focusing on his wife.His wife, Gabrielle Union, quickly notices this and speaks about her husband’s love for the pop star. Then the reporters are seen telling Ed Sheeran that Dwayne Wade is a “huge” fan of his and the two stars are seen shaking hands.As soon as the clip is shown by Jimmy Fallon on his show, Dwayne Wade admits his love for Ed Sheeran. Dwayne Wade says, "Listen, everybody is a little surprised. She said I played Ed before playoff games and I did. And the reason is because when artists say things that connects with you — Thinking Out Loud was one of my favorite songs, came out in 2014."He added, "And there was one line in there that just connected me to it. He said, 'When the crowd don't remember your name.' And as an athlete, at some point, the cheers stop…and I was going through a point in my life where I wasn't the same as I once was. And just connecting to that lyric…so I'm a big Ed fan."Dwayne Wade’s reflection on his past and his love for the pop star had fans emotional.
