The four time NBA champion said, "We built that over time, where you can say whatever is on your mind and it doesn’t come off as a personal attack or anything…”

In another interview, Stephen Curry’s wife, Ayesha Curry, also reflected on how they keep their marriage alive.

The popular entrepreneur said, "Even if it's a night like this [movie premiere], like, that's a date night for us…”

Stephen Curry’s wife Ayesha Curry continued, “And so we just make sure that that togetherness and that foundation of why we started this life together in the first place is always at the core of it".

But things changed when she fell deeply in love with the Golden State Warriors’ star player, Stephen Curry.

Though the NBA legend stood by his wife, Ayesha Curry was brutally trolled as many of her comments were taken out of context.

Many fans believed that she did not “respect” her husband enough as others urged him to seek divorce.

Despite the outrage, both Stephen Curry and his wife Ayesha Curry maintained their distance from the drama as they focused on their children.
