CAB files fresh PIL against BCCI in Bombay HC
The Cricket Association of Bihar (CAB) on Wednesday filed a fresh PIL in the Bombay high court through its secretary Aditya Verma against the BCCI and its chief N Srinivasan.
The PIL has challenged the amendments to the BCCI rules and regulations and player and administrators' regulation.
"The Board has to act fairly and reasonably in discharge of its functions," mentioned the PIL, questioning the "speed with which an amendment having far reaching consequences was introduced."
The HC will hear the matter on November 29.
