Cricketer
Mithun Manhas was in the capital recently for a quiz competition and was seen interacting with kids and volleying questions from the media at the same time.
The all-rounder got nostalgic as he remembered his hometown, Jammu, and his journey from a small town to a big city like Delhi. "I am from
Jammu and I used to play cricket in my hometown. I played there till I was 16 and then, due to the lack of facilities there, I moved to Delhi," he said.
The cricketer insisted that practice makes perfect and one should do anything possible to achieve greater heights in their respective fields.
"I practice six to seven hours a day. Determination and dedication to your profession are the key. It is important to have a strong base and do whatever possible to reach greater heights," said Manhas.
