DARWIN/PUNE: Indian bowlers ran through the Australian line-up as the team thrashed the hosts by eight wickets to be crowned champions in the Under-19 International Series after a lop-sided final clash on Friday.
Opting to bowl after winning the toss, the Indians bowled out Australia for a paltry 75 in 24.4 overs before overwhelming the target in 15.3 overs, losing just two wickets in the process.

India never looked troubled in their run chase as they finished the series unbeaten.
The Aussies, who spent Thursday night watching one of last year's under-19 representatives, Ashton Agar, bat his way into history in the Ashes series in England, failed to get inspired and were thoroughly outplayed.
Indian captain Vijay Zol was declared the man of the series. The 19-year-old Zol, BCCI's 'junior cricketer of the year' for the past two seasons, came into the limelight with a knock of 451 in the Cooch Behar Trophy two seasons ago.
The Jalna boy broke into the state U-13 team after doing well at the district level, playing largely on matting wickets till then. He has played for every Maharashtra age-group team (U-13, U-14, U-16 and U-19) but had not led any team barring Jalna, and that too in a few games.
He was contracted by the IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) this year but didn't get to play in a single match.
Zol is used to challenges, coming from a small town which lacks basic cricketing facilities like a turf wicket. He works on three pillars: hard work, right attitude (no short cuts) and no complaints.
Brief scores: Australia 75 in 24.4 overs (Deepak Hooda 3-22, Chama Milind 2-19, Kuldeep Yadav 2-4, Abhimanyu Lamba 2-28) lost to India 76-2 in 15.3 overs (Ankush Bains 40, Sanju Samson 20)
