Kerala's Sandeep Warrier chosen for emerging bowlers' camp

KOCHI: Sandeep Warrier, the upcoming fast bowling talent from Kerala, has been selected for the emerging bowlers' camp to be held at the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore from July 8-20.
Warrier's domestic performance was highly impressive for the selection committee headed by Sandeep Patil, a Kerala Cricket Association press release said on Friday.
He made his first class debut for Kerala last season and took 24 wickets in five matches with a best haul of 6/44.He has also won the KCA award for the best fast bowler in last season.
Warrier, who hails from Trissur, has also represented Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League.
