INDORE: India manager Vinod Phadke could face trouble from the International Cricket Council (ICC) after publicly criticizing umpire Vineet Kulkarni ahead of the second ODI between India and South Africa. On Wednesday, the ICC media handle put out a tweet which read "India team manager Vinod Phadke charged with inappropriate comments. Hearing to take place after today's #INDvSA ODI."
On Tuesday, a cricket website had reported that the Indian team was unhappy with Kulkarni and that the captain's post-match report had remarks critical of the official.

Phadke was quoted as saying the umpiring wasn't good, and that he was going to complain about Kulkarni in his report in addition to the captain's remarks. "I have not seen the captain's report, but I am going to mention him in my report," Phadke was reported as saying. "It is obvious to everybody that the umpiring has not been good."
