Former NFL star Michael Strahan's daughter, Isabella, is recovering well from brain cancer and has resumed her studies at the University of South California. Recently, Isabella shared joyful glimpses of her college life, having joined the Delta Gamma sorority. The experience has significantly shifted Michael Strahan's perspective on prioritizing family over work.

Former NFL icon and sports analyst, Michael Strahan has been going through a tough time in his personal life, since his 20 year old daughter, Isabella Strahan was diagnosed with brain cancer. But now it seems like Isabella is doing much better as she recently posted glimpses of her college life at the prestigious University of South California. Isabella was seen posing with a cardboard that says, “DEEG Isabella”, which seems like she has joined the Delta Gamma sorority of her university.

Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella Strahan also reposed a picture of hers that was posted by the Delta Gamma sorority of her university, the prestigious University of South California. This is a huge comeback for Isabella who had to leave her college midway when she was diagnosed with brain cancer in October 2023.However, now Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella Strahan is doing completely fine after she was declared cancer free back in August of last year. She also went back to the University of South California shortly, to continue her education in journalism and communications.Isabella Strahan is the twin daughter of Michael Strahan and his ex wife Jean Muggli.
Isabella has a twin sister called Sophia. While the cancer diagnosis and treatment has been pretty tough on the whole family, former NFL legend, Michael Strahan has recently opened up to Town & Country on how traumatic the whole experience had been for the family. He said, "Seeing her come out of surgery, and all the things she had to learn how to do again. You just pray that everything gets back to normal.”

Michael Strahan Has Changed His Perspective On Life

Michael continued to add, "There were times when we said, 'We know it's painful and tough, but it's temporary’. The last year is one we hope to forget, but at the same time it's shown us a lot of important things about who she is and about who we are and about how we show up for each other as a family."
It also seems like the whole experience of seeing his young daughter go through such a harsh illness, it helped the former NFL legend to put things into perspective. He spoke to Town & Country about how he has always “loved and appreciated” his family but sometimes he unintentionally had to prioritise work over them. He continued to say he no longer does that and wants to spend all his time with his family.Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella Strahan, showed how strong she is when she returned to USC just days after she was declared cancer free.
