“Time will tell if…”: Jason Kelce’s subtle reveal hints at an unconventional wedding for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have kept their wedding plans close to the vest. However, little crumbs about it are coming out from another Kelce family member. A recent interview featuring Jason Kelce has now caught the attention of fans regarding the curious detail he gae about the upcoming wedding.
Without revealing anything concrete, Jason’s response hinted that the couple may be taking a very personal approach to their big day. When the question of being the best man for his brother came up, he cast doubt on whether he would be chosen for the deed. While he did not confirm any specific dates or big information about the much-anticipated event, it opened the door to the idea that Swift and Kelce could move away from long-standing wedding traditions.
Jason also made it clear that he has no deeper knowledge about the wedding and is happy to help the couple with anything they want. He added. “I've been given no details on that front,” he explained. “But, you know, I think, however I'm involved, I'll be happy to be, and I'm just happy for those two.” This is not the first time Jason has spoken openly about his hopes of being the best man for his brother.
On the Bussin’ with the Boys podcast earlier this year, he shared, “Hopefully I’m the best man. We’ll see. Trav has a lot of friends. I’m just hoping to get the opportunity.” According to a source close to the couple, the planning process itself has strengthened their bond. “When it comes to wedding planning, nothing feels rushed or one-sided.”
The source further told People. “They’re both equally involved and excited, and this isn’t something one or the other is carrying on their own.” The source added, “They’re approaching it as a partnership, talking things through together and enjoying the process in a way that feels natural to them.” Whether or not there is a best man, the couple’s wedding is sure to become a sensation around the world, with fans celebrating everywhere.

During his appearance on Good Morning America, Jason was asked how ready he was to give a best man speech for his younger brother, Travis. Instead of a confident yes, he offered a rather curious answer, saying, “Time will tell if there is one or anything like that.” His statement suggested that the wedding might not include a formal best man role at all. While Jason did not confirm any decisions, this would be a very unique approach for the wedding if it indeed happens.Jason also made it clear that he has no deeper knowledge about the wedding and is happy to help the couple with anything they want.
