Rally of Bangalore on Sunday

Karnataka Motor Sports Club will conduct the MRF Rally of Bangalore, the fifth round of the 2015 FMSCI Indian National TSD Rally Championship, on Sunday. The Green Run Rally for local entries will be run simultaneously.
The two events, conducted under the aegis of the Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India, will be tributes to the late R Bharath Raj, who was the chairman and president of FMSCI.Around 30 entries are expected and competitors will fall under the Pro Expert and Pro Stock categories in the Time-Speed-Distance event.
The total distance of the Rally is 160km on Kanakapura Road and Mysuru road. The winner in the National championship will receive Rs 40,000 while the top team in the Green Run Rally will receive Rs 10,000. In the National championship standings, SK Ajgar Ali (co-driver Mohammad Musthafa MK) lead in the Pro Expert category with 83 points. In the Pro Stock category, Sekar V (co-driver Natarajan G) lead the table with 76 points.
