Jacob Fatu has been recently pushed in a new direction, possibly to become a singles star in WWE going forward. He could establish his new path with the introduction of Bloodline 3.0.
The WWE landscape saw the rise of a new Bloodline following the defeat of Roman Reigns to Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE title at WrestleMania XL. Following that, Solo Sikoa assumed the reins of the stable and introduced new members to his Bloodline. This included Tonga Loa, Tama Tonga and Solo’s personal Enforcer, Jacob Fatu.
After almost a year of dominance, the Bloodline’s reign came to a halt as Solo Sikoa lost the Tribal Combat match to Roman Reigns, who became the ‘One and Only Tribal Chief.’ This led to Solo Sikoa disappearing into the shadows and WWE positioning Jacob Fatu in his spot. Moreover, his passionate promo and destructive performance against Braun Strowman at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event hints at his new direction.
Here are the three reasons for Jacob Fatu to introduce new members like top stars Zilla Fatu and Hikuleo to form a new version of The Bloodline
3) Introduce more Anoa'i family members
The Bloodline has proven to be the most effective way to introduce new members of the illustrious Anoa’i family. The trend started with Solo Sikoa coming up to the main roster and joining the faction. Following him, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and Jacob Fatu did the same and became prime fixtures on WWE television programming. So stars like Zilla Fatu and Hikuleo, who have made significant resumes outside WWE, could make huge impacts upon their debut.
2) The young stars could get the same exposure as he did
The young and upcoming generation of the Bloodline, like Zilla Fatu and Hikuleo, have already proven their worth as incredible in-ring performers in multiple promotions. However, they are yet to taste the bright lights of the big leagues. Much like Jacob Fatu and the members before him, these new stars could get the same exposure on much bigger stages under the mentorship of The Bloodline under Jacob Fatu’s command.
1) Follow Solo Sikoa's blueprint
Solo Sikoa transitioned from being an Enforcer to the leader of The Bloodline, which helped him become a major star in WWE. Jacob Fatu’s recent direction is looking to be heading the same way. So, the Samoan Werewolf could follow the same blueprint with the formation of Bloodline 3.0 by recruiting stars like Zilla Fatu and Hikuleo to become a top star himself.
