The world of
WWE never fails to bring drama both inside and outside the ring. One of the latest rivalries heating up is between
Naomi and
Chelsea Green, who have been exchanging words and blows following their recent match on SmackDown. With personal insults, legal threats, and unresolved tensions, their feud is only getting started.
Naomi Fires Back at Chelsea Green Following SmackDown Victory
The rivalry between Naomi and Chelsea Green is far from over, as the two continue to trade jabs on social media after their match on WWE SmackDown. Naomi, AKA "The Glow," took a shot at the reigning Women's United States Champion ahead of tonight's episode of RAW.
Last Friday,
Naomi secured a victory over Green to qualify for the Elimination Chamber match, where the winner will earn a shot at Rhea Ripley's Women's World Championship. During the bout, Naomi used an unconventional tactic, a wedgie, to gain the upper hand before sealing the win. Green was outraged, even going as far as consulting her lawyer to protest against what she called an unfair move. WWE’s self-proclaimed “resident Karen” even humorously 'banned' the use of the wedgie.
In response, Naomi took to Instagram to share a throwback clip of Green mocking her before their match. She then added footage of herself executing the wedgie and picking up the win, making sure to rub salt in the wound.
"@Chelseaagreen was talking about me like a dog in these streets, so I had to dog walk her. #SmackDown #Glowbal," Naomi captioned her post.
It remains to be seen if Green will get another shot at Naomi. Given her history with Piper Niven as former Women’s Tag Team Champions, there’s always a chance they could angle for another title opportunity, especially if they manage to get on SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis' good side.
Unraveling the Mystery Behind Jade Cargill's Assault
Aside from Naomi’s big win, another major revelation came to light on SmackDown. It was revealed that
Liv Morgan and
Raquel Rodriguez were in the parking lot around the time Jade Cargill was brutally attacked three months ago.
Bianca Belair later assured Nick Aldis that RAW General Manager Adam Pearce has nothing to worry about, hinting that she and her allies are ready to confront The Judgment Day duo, who are suspected of orchestrating the assault on Cargill.
However, online speculation suggests that the real mastermind behind the attack could be someone unexpected. Some fans believe that either Bianca Belair or Naomi herself might be responsible for taking out Cargill.
With so many twists and turns, all eyes are on RAW to see how these rivalries unfold and whether Chelsea Green can settle the score with Naomi.
