Laptops, smartwatches, cameras and home appliances took centre stage as the Times of India–Gadgets Now Awards 2025 wrapped up its remaining categories, rounding off a ceremony that honoured the most notable tech products of the past year. Held on Monday, February 23, in New Delhi, the awards spanned both the Editor's Choice and People's Choice segments, with voters and editors at times landing on very different picks.
Samsung's Galaxy Book 5 Pro stood out as a double People's Choice winner, claiming both Best Laptop and Best AI-Powered Gadget of the Year, while the Editor's Choice panel spread its recognition across a wider range of brands, including HP, Lenovo, Google, Dyson and Nikon.
Editor's Choice: Laptops, smartwatches and other categories
In the Editor's Choice laptop category, the HP Omnibook Flip X was named Best Laptop of the Year, while the Lenovo Legion Pro 7i took home the award for Best Gaming Laptop of the Year. In the wearables segment, the Google Pixel Watch 4 won Best Smartwatch of the Year, and the Boat Enigma Radiant was recognised as the Best Affordable Smartwatch of the Year.
The Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro was named Best AI-Powered Gadget of the Year, while the Dyson Hushjet was recognised for Best Gadget with an Out-of-the-Box Design.
In the home appliances segment, the Nuuk Ren Pro won the Best Vacuum Cleaner of the Year award. For imaging, the Nikon ZR was awarded Best Camera of the Year.

In wearables, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic won Best Smartwatch of the Year, while the Noise ColorFit Pro 6 was recognised as the Best Affordable Smartwatch of the Year. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, which also featured in the smartphone categories, won Best Gadget with an Out-of-the-Box Design. The Eureka Forbes SmartClean Auto Bin S2 was voted Best Vacuum Cleaner of the Year, and the Canon R50V won Best Camera of the Year.
Overall, the Times of India–Gadgets Now Awards 2025 recognised tech and appliance leaders, including Samsung, HP, Lenovo, Google, Alienware, Dyson, Nikon, Canon, Noise and Boat for their standout devices of the year.
