Tucked in an exposed-brick underground bunker-style space in Gastown, Guilt and Co. is a great little Prohibition-esque diversion from Vancouver's craft beer-swilling emporiums. Candle-lit, with a rotating entertainment roster of live bands, comedians, burlesque dancers and housey DJs, it's the kind of place locals come to catch up over a cocktail rather than kick off a heavy night on the tiles.
Going beyond the routine supply of boardgames you'd expect from a hipster hangout, there's a full-on 'Jenga cave' here. His 'n' hers toilet doors that lead to a unisex loo are part and parcel with Guilt's quirky vibe.
