Singapore Conference Hall
Jaclynn Seah
Jaclynn Seah is a Singaporean girl who has a full-time day job like regular people do, and loves to travel when she can get the time off. She hopes to encourage fellow desk-bound wanderlusters to indulge in their love for travel and get away more. With a motto to try anything at least once, she’s always looking forward to that next trip!
Located in the downtown area just on the edge of the Central Business District, this rather historical building is the current home of the Singapore Chinese Orchestra. So if you’re a fan of Chinese orchestra music, you should definitely make a pit-stop during a visit to the city (a full listing of their concerts is easily available on the SCO website). Built in the 60s as a venue for international exhibitions and conferences, the award-winning design was considered rather avant-garde back in the day, even before it was refurbished in 2001.
