Completely inspired by Yeats, Eala Bhan (literally white swan in Gaelic) is a beautiful restaurant on the banks of the Garavogue done all in pristine white and wooden furniture. The walls are dominated with lines from Yeat’s poems but they are painted rather subtly. The food veers towards the classic with a contemporary twist but the highlight has got to be the Yeats Eala Bhan Beer, a craft beer made from Irish grains and hops which is light and fresh.
