Bam Bou is an upscale restaurant inside Lucern’s ‘The Hotel’ and serves some of the choicest French, Swiss and Mediterranean staples in town. Chefs Ralf and Corinna Thomas are like magicians in the kitchen and are always ready with interesting concoctions to woo their guests. Renovated by celebrated architect Jean Nouvel, Bam Bou has a very modern yet classic ambience with black and red upholsteries and wooden floors. In terms of their signature dishes, you must sample the Peking Duck, Crab Cakes, Spring Rolls, Sashimi and Beef. There are a plethora of options on the menu for vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions. The immaculately professional waitresses will also make sure you get the best bottle of wine that pairs perfectly well with your food.

Bam Bou has an open kitchen and watching your order being freshly prepared is a lot like a trip to the theatre. Owing to the atmosphere and the quality of ingredients that go into the fare served to the guests, this restaurant is on the pricier side. Make sure you reserve a table well in advance on their website or over the phone.
