There’s no dearth of eateries which cater specifically to the vegetarian palate in Udaipur. You’ll find these scattered about in the narrow lanes of the city and along the waterfront (of the city’s lakes). The fare on offer is a mix of traditional Rajasthani and contemporary Indian and surprisingly consistent in quality and taste.
