Most travellers head to Colorado in the wintertime to ski at Cataloochee Ski Area and tubing at Tube World. But there is much to see and do in the state if you’re not a skier. When you’re ready to warm up, go hiking at Soco Falls or Waterrock Knob, both situated along the Blue Ridge Parkway.
