For a brief moment in history, the Archbishop of Goa was resident of the Raj Bhavan, before moving to Altinho Hill, opposite Chief Minister's residence. As the seat of Bishop, the premises remains busy on weekdays. However, if you go on a Sunday, you could attend the mass service in the adjacent chapel. Even on other days, it makes for a beautiful walk through the woody hills and admire the architectural splendour. It’s one of the highest points in Panaji, that offers scenic views.
