Manarola is all about its many long and winding vineyards and I wouldn’t be wrong when I say that you can sample the best Italian wines right here, in a land that is extremely difficult to access, perhaps only by train by virtue of a never-ending tunnel. Although this hamlet has no beach of its own, you can see people jumping off cliffs and happily floating in the deep waters of the Ligurian Sea. Read less
Manarola is all about its many long and winding vineyards and I wouldn’t be wrong when I say that you can sample the best Italian wines right here, in a land that is extremely difficult to access, perhaps only by train by virtue of a never-ending tunnel. Although this hamlet has no beach of its own, you can see people jumping off cliffs and happily floating in the deep waters of the Ligurian Sea. The town square is perpetually crowded and the church right on top is an extremely popular sight. Manarola, despite the conspicuous ravines and wild, rugged coastlines is a wanderer’s delight.Getting there:
