As we wandered through the festival, we were greeted by an impressive lineup of over 30 of London's top restaurants. Notable Michelin-starred participants such as Hakkasan, known for its exquisite Cantonese cuisine, and Barrafina, offering delightful Spanish dishes, were immediate hits with our group. The opportunity to taste these high-end cuisines in such a festive, family-friendly setting was truly unique.
The festival was bustling with activities that catered to all ages. There were kid-friendly food workshops where kids got to try their hands at simple culinary tasks, which were both fun and educational.
We also indulged in watching live cooking demonstrations by some of the city's top chefs, turning cooking into a spectator sport that captivated our entire group. It was a great way to gather new cooking tips and insight into the culinary arts.
The festival wasn’t just about food. We enjoyed a range of craft beers and creative cocktails from pop-up bars, which provided a perfect complement to the sunny day and delicious meals. There were exciting non-alcoholic cocktails for children too.
