The Temple of Concordia in Sicily has transformed into a fashion statement this summer, as Dolce & Gabbana opened a runway here. The runway is accessible to tourists as of now.
The beautiful old Greek temple is located in Sicily’s Valley of the Temples, and is a very popular place among tourists. The Doric temple is, in fact, well-preserved, and is one of the finest Greek temples outside of Greece. The temple was built between 440 to 430 BC, and is designed on a solid base, which is a familiar way of Greek temples. It was built five centuries before the birth of Christ and is a stunning structure that stood the test of time. The luxury fashion brand, Dolce and Gabbana displayed their Alta Moda collection, and a special floor was installed here at the temple to allow models to walk on. Of course, the fashion show was something to behold, but the best part is that the set up by Dolce and Gabbana is going to remain there until this fall.
