A tourist spot of great importance, Moti Jheel is where you can go for some quiet time and also to let your children have some fun. This is a lake and drinking water reservoir, and is located in the Benajhabar area. There is also a garden here adjacent to the lake, along with a children’s park which makes it one of the most important places for children to visit here in Kanpur. This again is a relic of the British rule; this is a great recreational area for locals and tourists alike. One of the most exciting things to do here in Moti Jheel is to boat, and so most people come here during dusk and boat while watching the sun go down in all its glory. A perfect place to visit during summers and spring there are many trees and plants here, making it a visual treat. There are no food stalls here, but you can take your own food into this place. So that makes it a great place for a picnic, and definitely one of the most interesting tourist places in Kanpur.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
