Lake Luzern

Cruising down Lake Lucerne’s glittering sapphire waters is like being stuck in a beautiful dream. The cool winds soothe your senses while the surface of the tarn doubles up as a reflection of your happiest memories. With a landscape that is eerily similar to the Norwegian fjords, this lake is the fourth largest in Switzerland and is fondly referred to as the heart of the country. On the occasion of 700th anniversary of Switzerland, a winding ‘Swiss Path’ was constructed around Lake Lucerne and it now serves as an exceptional hiking route for tourists.
