Singh further stated that the lion safari in NCR will be developed on the similar lines as Gir Forest National Park to attract both the national and international tourists. Also, the Haryana Government is interested in developing another spot, which will serve as a breeding space for this endangered species apart from Gir.
The official also stated, “The government of Haryana wants to develop lion safari in the backyard of Delhi, and has therefore chosen NCR regions of Gurugram and Faridabad. This will help tourists experience the amazing world of wild animals.”
