Ernest Wooden Jr., Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board president and CEO said, “We are excited to roll out our signature red carpet once again and safely welcome back visitors to the City of Angels as Los Angeles County public health experts and government officials have officially announced leisure travel can resume beginning Friday, June 12.”
Apparently, the city has designed some new health measures for the safety and wellbeing of visitors, who wish to explore L.A. Hotels too are now allowed to welcome visitors. Along with this, all the prominent places of tourist interests such as museums, zoos and cultural institutes also have the permission to reopen but visitors will have to comply with the new health rules and regulations.
Face masks are a must for all! Wearing a face covering is mandatory at the beach, on the golf course, on transit buses, metro buses or trains. Retail shops will open with 50 percent capacity, and the restaurants in the city too are functioning at limited capacity.
