Kashmir Tourism is all set to woo travellers and boost tourism by restoring the beauty of Char Chinar Island that is located near the Dal Lake. Char Chinar has long been a favourable destination for tourists, and quite a few Bollywood films have also been shot here. Being popular for its scenic beauty, Char Chinar is one of the best places to visit in Kashmir.
One of the first things that you will notice when visiting Kashmir is that the place is full of lovely Chinar trees. The trees surround the Dal Lake, and tourists taking the Shikara ride are always enamoured by its beauty. You can imagine how cinematic this place looks, and hence is one of the hot favourite romantic locations for Bollywood. This is also a favourite place for photographers.
According to reports both tourists and locals are happy with the work, and this is expected to increase tourist inflow into the beautiful valley.
