It is undoubtedly the restaurant with the best view of the Colosseum, and that alone is enough to want to dine here. The glassed in rooftop restaurant does require a smart and casual dress code, meaning no shorts and flip flops allowed here. Guests can choose to sit outside on the terrace or inside, both offer equally stunning views. The décor of the restaurant is elegant yet simple, with comfortable furnishings, chandeliers hanging, and a crisp clean look. The menu is divine, and we suggest going with the tasting menu if you have never been here before. You can also include a glass of wine that is paired with each course. There are a total of seven courses, and guests will have the chance to try menu items such as the octopus, ravioli pasta, sautéed scallops, and even a suckling pig. If you would rather not have the tasting menu, there is a large a la carte menu that is offered as well. Everything is fresh here, including the herbs they grow right on the terrace. The chefs in the kitchen show their passion through each and every dish. For incredible views, superlative foods, and commendable service, make sure to make this restaurant a place on your visit.
