Fresh, organic, vegetarian and home cooked—if sumptuous food that meets these requirements is on your mind, Ayurpak is just the restaurant for you. Gorging over delicious, healthy food in its garden is quite a treat. A local family cooks all the meals, giving it quite an authentic touch. Expect a lot of regional lentils, breads, fruits and salads with a tinge of experiments such as moong dal pancakes served with apple sauce and rose milk, honey pancakes and more. All the food is made to order and takes about 30 minutes, time best spent with a cup of freshly brewed tea or juices. A non-descriptive place hidden at a lane’s end, this one is more of a surprise find.
