Started in the year 1994, Cantinetta Antinori was the brainchild of Marquis Piero Antinori's and Rudi Bindella. The wonderful restaurant is situated in the historic centre of Zurich, close to the Limmat River and serves some fine Tuscan dishes. From their appetizer menu, try raw beef carpaccio with roket salad and parmesan cheese then move to their main course and order Florentine-style rib steak and end the gastronomy journey with sweet rasberry cream with grappa. The most impressive feature, other than the well-crafted food, is the wines here. Your journey would be incomplete if you miss to taste the variety of wines and dessert wines. Be it red or white or sparkling, the restaurant serves all kinds of wines which will add to your experience.
