Imagine sitting in a palace with towering sculptures all around you for dinner. You are at a height of 106 m above sea level and the entire city is below your feet. The Parliament is next door and you get a feel of the local elections as you tuck in your appetisers. Welcome to The Tarnet or The Tower, located at the Christiansborg Palace, which was home to the royals until it was burnt down. Whipping up Danish cuisine, the chef and chocolatier Rasmus Bo Bojesen kept us company speaking about his passion for food and his delicious organic chocolates, Oialla, which came from the wild forests of Bolivia.
