Set in the uber-quaint settings of the Norbulingka Institute, the Hummingbird Cafe is one of the few amazing cafes in Dharamsala. An all vegetarian place, it’s in the garden of the institute and offers the best of international cuisine. Dig into steaming thukpa, fresh cheesecake (lemon cake is a must too!), authentic hummus with pita bread, homemade ice creams, fresh fruit juices, smoothies, a range of pastas, momos and more. Perfect for the hunger pangs that would hit you after visiting Norbulingka Institute, which offers great insights into Tibetan culture, its people and their arts.
