Cafe de Paris

A short walk away from the Interlaken West station and a part of the teeming Marktplatz, Cafe de Paris is one of the most popular places in town for both lunch and dinner. The food is fresh, surpassingly beautiful to look at and tastes equally wonderful. Try their steaks, pastas and salads if you want to go for an elaborate meal and you will not be disappointed because the food is very evidently made with a lot of love and dedication. The wine list is pretty great and so are the cocktails. The service is really fast despite the fact that there are over a hundred covers and the servers are all amicable.
A part of a classic building, replete with ebony tables, comfortable cream sofas and a sprawling outdoor seating area, Cafe de Paris is reminiscent of the restaurants that are usually a part of five star hotels. However, the prices of the fare served here are surprisingly low. In fact, if you are on the hunt for great and filling sandwiches and don’t intend to spend too much money, head over to this European cafe. There is a reason why it has consistently been rated one of the best places to dine in Interlaken.
