Jung Bahadur Kachori waala started from a small corner on Nai Sarak and has over a period of 44 years created a fan following for his dal Kachoris and aalu sabzi. Operating two counters today, one on Nai Sarak and the other in Kinari Bazaar, JB Kachori Waala has had his share of fame. The owner Nitin Verma is the grand son of the owner, Jung Bahadur and holds fort on any given day, serving up kachori after kachori to hungry passerby. The outlet is open from 10-30 am to 7-30 pm with Sunday being a weekly off.
