Last evening I visited your restaurant in Mylapore. Here is the Memo No. 18/16667, Table No: T3, Time: 22:08, Bill Amt. Rs.855/-. I have come here before but off-late Kaidi Kitchen services have deteriorated. I ordered for Mexican Corn Soup has a tag saying its spicy, Aglio Olio Momos & Mexican Green Rice with Corn Tortilla & Salsa, Mocktail - Pretty Girl. The soup offered to us was not the one ordered. The soup was just Sweet. I asked for some spicy sauce, I get a blunt reply that they don''t provide this. The guy who takes the orders (Fair guy, Tall without Moustache, dressed like a dummy policeman), when enquired tells me that it''s indeed Mexican Corn Soup. I told him the problem. He was reluctant to accept what I said. Since we were hungry, we consumed it but were not satisfied. Again and again, your guy comes to my table to tell me that the soup was indeed what I ordered. It was just Cream of Tomato. There was nothing other than Tomato Puree, Corn and something sweet. Not at all worth the price & of poor quality. The menu says it''s served with Tortilla and when enquired your guy rudely tells me that it doesn''t come with the soup and he gave me as a value-add. Don''t you train your people before they join you? Are they not aware of what the Menu says? Moreover, your guy was very rude in his approach and language. He is telling me how Mexican Food is - as if he was born and brought up in Mexico. This shows his attitude! None of your items contained the ingredients mentioned in the menu. Only the momos were OK, rest all were totally bad! The Pretty Girl was just pretty outside but worst inside. I think you guys have compromised on Quality. From good to worst over 2 years period. Please don''t customers for granted. You don''t serve free food and moreover, after eating your food we fell ill today. I think you guys use stale items and make it look rosy by garnishing it. Food Poison is what the doctor says. I have eaten in the best restaurants and only Kaidi Kitchen Sucks in Food & Service. This guy should be fired for using harsh language. He says while paying the bill that if I wasn''t convinced I shouldn''t have had the soup. Was he sleeping when I raised an issue? And lastly, he wants me to fill up the review form. I refused so that I can post a nice review here for the world to see. When I said I am going to post a review on Google, he says he doesn''t care about it as there are good ratings on Zomato and Just Dial. Such is your staff! We don''t for ambience and your decoration, we come there quality food and service. We have good ambience and decor at our home too.I will never come back to your restaurant nor recommend this to anyone. I have given you the Bill No., Table No., Time, Billed Amount.Read More
