To indulge in some luxury dining in Hiroshima, there is no better place than Teppanyaki Atago. Situated right next to the iconic Crowne Plaza Hotel, this restaurant serves some of the best beef in town, and is for those who do not really care about what lies on the right side of the menu. With a staff that provides some excellent recommendations, despite speaking very little English, a plush ambience and food that looks like a work of art, Teppanyaki Atago makes it to every list of the best eateries in Hiroshima. Given the fact that it is a Teppanyaki establishment (a kind of Japanese cuisine that employs an iron griddle to cook food) you can watch the chef prepare your dish, replete with his many theatrics, and consume it piping hot.
