However, this is not the case at Barba, which is a seafood fast food restaurant. Barba sets itself apart from the second you set food inside. The centrally located restaurant has modern interiors, complemented by chic furniture. This contemporary fast food joint is famous for dishes such as Octopus Burgers, seafood pizzas, cuttlefish with nectarine, and a range of adventurous pastas. Dubrovnik is a Mecca for seafood lovers, so it’s great to see all that fresh seafood being put to use in such interesting dishes. However, originality isn’t the only highlight here. Each of the dishes taste better than the last. We love their fried oysters and seafood sandwiches, which are stuffed with everything from salmon and anchovies to vegetables and mascarpone cheese. Ultimately Barba is a small family-run joint that stands out due to its quirky menu. A must for seafood aficionados!
