Tinello is one of the most popular Italian restaurants in Ahmedabad. Its simplistic interiors and open show kitchen (yes, you can watch how your meals are prepared!) make for quite an interesting experience. While pastas, pizzas and antipasti are the highlights of the menu, like most other Italian restaurants, Tinello serves exclusive Italian fare from regions as diverse as Liguria and Sicilia. Some of the many delicacies here are crostini platters, baked rolled bruschettas, caponata, mushroom and gorgonzola arancini, panseared salmon, braised lamb and more. It largely uses herbs and spices from Italy in all its preparations, imparting a very authentic taste to all the dishes.
