Zula’s is a pure vegetarian and organic restaurant, and shop that offers tasty and healthy dishes based on advanced nutritional understanding and macrobiotic principles in the popular areas of Seminyak and Sanur. The Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes are especially good, but there’s a huge selection to choose from. The restaurant has an organic grocery shop with some of the best products available. They serve a good selection of healthy breakfasts throughout the day, including a vegan and gluten free version of the traditional Balinese black rice porridge.
You will also find some interesting soups, sandwiches, Middle Eastern food, and sharing platters for those who can’t choose. They also serve some great superfood salads. There are 4 different salad combinations and you can also create your own from their assortment. The Mediterranean platter is a must try, and the desserts and juices are equally good. If you’re around Seminyak or at the beach in Sanur then Zula’s is a perfect healthy vegetarian and vegan option.
