Located in Jungfraustrasse area of Interlaken, Maharaja Indian Restaurant is an authentic Indian food haven. A humble looking establishment at a city corner, this place is known for their variety of food and side dishes. For starters, they have samosa chaat, pakora, papdi chaat, prawn soup and chicken soup. Main course menu is even longer with dishes like shahi paneer, palak paneer, matar paneer, daal makhni, daal tadka, jeera aaloo, aaloo gobhi, chana masala, butter chicken, chicken curry, chicken tikka masala, lamb curry, prawn curry, tandoori chicken, murg malai kabab and fish masala. After a hearty meal of curries and naans, it is time for some desserts! You can also enjoy Indian sweets like gulab jamun, gajar halwa and kheer made in typical Indian style.
