If you’re one of those people whose day doesn’t start without a cuppa or you just appreciate the flavour of good coffee, then Fabrica Daga is the place to go. Tall glass windows and airy interiors lend a Parisian vibe to this café. The café prides itself on offering speciality coffee and is the first of its kind in Sofia. There are a large variety of coffees on offer. The baristas are enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. Yordan Dabov is the coffee-expert at Fabrika Daga—he’s the one responsible for roasting premium coffee beans to perfection. If you’re an inquisitive coffee lover like me, you’ll love chatting with the staff. They’re happy to talk about roasts and blends and recommend a coffee, which suits your personal taste. No wonder the café is a big hit with Bulgarian locals, especially the youngsters.
